I will admit that this recipe was a little out of my comfort zone because I don’t normally cook with rice vinegar or sesame oil, but it’s so easy and delicious!! You can use any meat but our Ground Turkey is seriously amazing, so I recommend giving it a try. This is also Low Carb and Keto Friendly, woo-hoo!!
ingredients:
1 lb Heartland Ground Turkey
1/2 cup diced Onion
1 bag Coleslaw Mix
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic
directions:
Cook Ground Turkey and onions, then add in Coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, soy and rice vinegar, Stir.
Let simmer for 10-15 mins and add in Sesame Oil just before serving.
